Delivery regions

Germany

Delivery to all addresses in Germany. Standard delivery time 1–2 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery to parcel stations and post offices possible.

International deliveries

We deliver only within Germany. Orders with a delivery address outside Germany are currently not possible.

Tracking

Shipment tracking

After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number. With it, you can track the delivery status of your order at any time.

How to track your shipment

  1. 1. Open the shipping confirmation in your email inbox
  2. 2. Copy the tracking number
  3. 3. Go to the tracking page of the shipping service provider
  4. 4. Enter the tracking number

Help

Problems with delivery?

Shipment not received

If your shipment does not arrive within the specified delivery time, please first check the tracking status. In case of delays, contact us — we will clarify its whereabouts for you.

Damaged delivery

If your shipment arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect delivery address

When ordering, please make sure to enter your delivery address correctly. Changes are no longer possible after shipping. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake.
